 When we try to do simplex scanning in our application (set scan_parms.duplex = 0), the software ignores the setting and scans duplex. What's the problem?
It appears the Twain Driver is ignoring the setting our toolkit is providing. You may have to open the Scanner Settings Control Panel and adjust this manually which would affect all scan sessions.
